District Manager, Kansas City
Over Tim Witkowski’s more than 18 years with Aramark, he has amassed an extensive track record for success across major league sports and special event venues. As District Manager for Aramark’s sports and entertainment properties in Kansas City and the surrounding areas, Tim oversees a portfolio of premier venues including Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs; Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals; Kansas City Convention Center; and Overland Park Convention Center. These operations encompass more than 50 management employees and a total managed volume of more than $75 million.
Prior to his promotion to District Manager, Tim served as General Manager for Arrowhead Stadium 2013 through 2016, where he was responsible for $17 million in total managed volume across concessions, retail, e-commerce, and team and front office dining. During his tenure, Tim successfully grew per caps in concessions more than 18 percent while achieving a 5.5 percent growth in retail per caps. He spearheaded numerous innovations and capital improvements, including more than 15 new and reimagined concessions concepts, numerous restaurant partnerships, and the redesign of more than 20 retail merchandise locations. For his outstanding work and high-performing staff, Tim was awarded with Aramark’s “Front Line First” award, which recognizes the best in overall service to our customers nationwide.
Tim earned his bachelor’s degree from The School of Hospitality at Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business and MBA from Rockhurst University.
