Rachael Lawrence’s career at PepsiCo spans over 15 years with a focus on marketing some of America’s most-renowned snack brands and driving commercial success. Currently, Rachael is a Senior Director, overseeing sustainability for PepsiCo Foods North America.
Rachael has held various Marketing roles within Sustainable Marketing, sports, shopper marketing, innovation, and Brand marketing for iconic brands such as Cheetos, Rold Gold, and Stacy’s. Most notably, she led the execution of an evergreen program called Cheetos Museum that garnered the brand 1.5B earned impressions, 10% growth, 130M+ submissions, and Gold Cannes Lions. She also led the negotiation for a best-in-class renewal agreement with the Dallas Cowboys and The Star, which resulted in better/more actionable assets for sales, ownable space for Tostitos and Pepsi brands, and platform for activation across our largest sports partnership.
Rachael is now focused on providing strategic leadership and oversight to scale sustainable packaging that builds upon PepsiCo, Frito-Lay parent company’s, broader sustainability goals, known as PepsiCo Positive (pep+). Through pep+ the company aims to change how it sources its ingredients, how it makes and sells its products, and how it inspires people through its brands. As America’s leading food company, Frito-Lay’s environmental commitment includes building a circular and inclusive value chain, investing in commercially compostable packaging initiatives and strengthening ties with farming communities.
