Phil Saylor is Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Aramark Corp., a global food and facilities company (November 2018 to present). Prior to that, Phil served as Aramark Corp’s Director of Global Operational Excellence (November 2013 to 2018). Before joining Aramark Corp., Phil was a Project Engineer and Procurement Manager from 2009 to 2013 for Tasty Baking Company and their parent company Flowers Foods, a national leader in the packaged bakery food industry. Since college, Phil has been passionate about the field of Supply Chain. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from the Pennsylvania State University. Phil’s career has focused on operational improvements, innovative growth opportunities leveraging data and process changes while developing long standing partnerships with suppliers to drive improved margin for shareholders.  Over the last year his ability to leverage his decade plus experience in Supply Chain has enabled Aramark to adapt to the fast changing environment in the food service industry and react swiftly to changing market conditions throughout the pandemic to set the business up for future growth.
