Dr. Kirk is a Precision Agriculture Engineer with the Clemson Edisto Research and Education Center located in Blackville, SC. Dr. Kirk also serves as the Director of the Clemson University – Center for Agricultural Technology and EATS Community. Kirk received his B.S. in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson in 2002 and his Masters in Biosystems Engineering with a Natural Resources Concentration in 2004 from Clemson. Kirk earned his Doctorate in Biosystems Engineering in 2010 from Clemson with a concentration in Agricultural Engineering. His research focuses on development and evaluation of software, sensor, and control technologies in agriculture.
