Representative Sustainability Client Experience

Led sustainable packaging strategy engagement for Fortune 50 food/beverage manufacturer. Analyzed the biodegradable resin industry landscape to assess the viability of five different bio-based film technologies and the companies that are likely to create differentiated products/solutions.  Identified and sized the current and potential future use cases of key bio-polymer technologies across industries and the supply and demand drivers. Determined the key decision points that will drive greater investment and broader adoption of the technology, culminating in a dynamic scenario modeling tool used to forecast future cost, capital investment, and demand.  Client‘s CEO approved the recommendations and implementation is in-progress.

For Fortune 150 food manufacturer, co-led sustainable packaging strategy engagement focused on the viability of chemical recycling.  Assessed four advanced recycling technologies to determine maturity level, technological readiness, key players, inputs, outputs, etc. and recommend a go-forward investment plan. Client‘s CEO approved the recommendations and implementation is in-progress.

Worked with c-suite executives of $12B industrial products company (part of Fortune 50 holding company) to develop a sustainability vision and distill the current state into a clear, concise story. Developed baseline carbon footprint data, assessed the sustainability vision and initiatives for key competitors and benchmarked them to set our client’s vision and goals.  Goals were accepted by the holding company’s sustainability leadership council.
