After graduating in 2006 from Clemson University, with a BS and MS in Packaging Science and an initial three years in the flexible packaging adhesives and coatings industry, Jason began his career at Printpack in 2009 as a Product Development Engineer. Over a 12 year period he has held various product development roles of increasing responsibility, eventually serving as Plant Technical Engineer Manager where he managed a team focused on enhancing collaboration and creating processes between product development and manufacturing to improve the execution of trials and new business onboarding operations. In February 2022, Jason joined the Printpack Sustainability Team as Senior Product Stewardship Engineer focusing on paper packaging developments for recyclable and compostable structures, where he can use his technical, manufacturing, and project management experience to engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop sustainable packaging solutions.
