Heather Batt, Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer who has been teaching at Clemson University since 2002. She has led courses in Introduction to Packaging Science, Perishable Products Packaging, Global Challenges to Packaging and Society, Quantity and Foods, and Food Packaging Lab. Her B.A. is in Anthropology from Princeton University and her Ph.D. is in Food Technology from Clemson University. Heather has a husband and three active boys, all of whom are her joy and delight.
