As the Environmental Integration Innovation Manager, Giselle is responsible for leading the exploration, research, development and testing of innovative and emerging solutions focused on reducing the environmental impact of Disney Parks and Resorts operations in alignment with The Walt Disney Company’s environmental goals. Giselle started her career in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were she held multiple roles and led Energy, Water and Waste reduction efforts for military installations. Giselle holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois.
